hi jk,
i dont know what a teagan blue is but
the santa rosa is a japanese plum and
the sugar plum is a european plum and
they will not cross pollinate each other
should have one of each with a flowering
time overlap for better fruit production

Hi JK teagan blue and santa rosa are japanese plums and should be pollen compatible as long as in your area the flowering times overlap some areas are different, santa rosa is also supposed to be partially self fertile though gets bigger crops with cross pollination. Your italian sugar plum is a european plum, not only are these selective in their pollinators but due to chill variations not all compatible varieties will work. Try damson or president or even angelena (not angelo)might do it.

p.s. you dont necessarily need another tree just graft a bud of a compatible variety onto your prune, unless you want more fruit.

The trees are also still pretty young- 2 years in the ground. I would expect first fruit at 3yrs increasing to good levels of production at 5yrs.
Santa Rosa is a good pollinator- see if you can get cuttings of Mariposa, Satsuma or Ruby Blood- all Japanese blood plums that will cross pollinate- and I found gave better (more consistent) cropping than Santa Rosa. No need to pull out your old tree- use it to graft onto.
Also note that unless you're in the Perth foothills- your chill factor is pretty low for growing plums.
Daniel
PS- put up a post around pruning time and I'm sure you won't have any problem getting grafting material
