Orange tree no fruit (forum)

Somewhat devastating to see so little fruit on our old orange tree (near Parramatta) A few years ago - so much fruit. I fertilised. Obviously a wet year and there were good flowers. All the fruit is gone. I keep the pests at bay too. I am growing clivias under it. Same as the mandarin which has good fruit coming on. This tree has been awesome and I pruned over a few years so as not to lose cover all at once. Is it the lilies under the tree? Should I dig them up and fertilise again?
