Hi all can anyone tell me why the leaves on my Parlor Palm's are going pale white? are they drying out I have them under the back veranda with clear laser light over head. It has been hot in Melbourne lately.

Yes it sounds like you may need to move it to a more shaded site. Also check for red spider mite which can leave the leaves with very fine webbing on them, especially in dry conditions. Misting them each day will reduce the prevalence of mites on the leaves.
