I WANT TO PLANT A PEPPERCORN TREE ON OUR LAND BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ONE. ANY CLUES PLEASE???

You see them alot around old farm houses over here or were twons once stood. Not sure how easy they are to grow from seed, but maybe you could around old mining towns in NSW or old farms in NSW.

Very easy from seed! But check with your local council first, they are a listed weed in alot of area's. Nice shade tree though.
