trikus starts with ...
My bunch of Bluggoe bananas is slowly ripening . I am unsure if they will round out or they are usually ridged like these pictures . They have been hanging there for a few months now [ 6 at least ] but I suppose as they are much larger than most , maybe they take longer to turn yellow .
I think they would be right for cooking now , but I want to see how sweet they are as eating bananas .

Amanda , I think this one is more of a vege than a sweet treat . On another forum someone is asking about these and talking about a Jamaican dish with smoked fish !!
I googled the name and found a pic easily , they do not get much bigger , stay angular and ripen to a uniform yellow
