You will be able to grow the Japanese types of plums in Mandurah - Satsuma, Mariposa, Santa Rosa, the Gulf Series..etc as they are low chill...
The Gages, Prunes and European plums you may struggle to get any fruit from as they require a great deal more chill.

I have had Santa Rosa and Mariposa grow well and fruit in Mandurah. Both were far more vigorous and healthy than my other stonefruit.
