Pomegranate leaves dying (forum)

Hi all,

I’ve started to see some issues with my Pomegranate flower (indoor due to weather). It starts to have leaves turning yellow and then die off. Also, some of the leaves have light brown spots (no holes) as you can see in the picture. Is this a reaction of not having enough light or is there a more serious underlying condition?
