Powdery mildew would be the only one.

What is the best treatment? I've heard full cream milk and water... Are there any others?

Regular watering / spraying with seaweed solution really helps curcurbits to resist powdery mildew. I have found that milk and water or bicarbonate treatments don't work very well once the plant is infected in an obvious way, but seaweed does help.
