Does anyone know if these guys don't like wind and/or salinity maybe? I have a 3-4yr old and although it's not dead - it doesn't really grow either?
Has the Geraldton climate struck again? :( Thanks

I didn't think anything could upset those buggers. I've dug them up and left them for weeks on the ground before replanting them, they're one of the tuff ones. Is it too big to dig up and move just for the hell of it?
Do you grow it for the sweet juicy tap root? Yum.. Better than Yacon I think.

Hi John Mc - here is my sad tree...this is about all the foliage it ever gets!? Is this what they are like?
It's only young and about 1.5m tall - so maybe I should have a go at moving it hey.

Yeah, mine has a few more leaves and about that size. If I were you I'd be digging it up for the juicy tap root alone. You can always replant it in a more suitable spot.
