I don't think so but would like your opinion.
After all the rain there are lots of problems arrising. I decide to cut back the Frangapani [left leaf] but noticed this problem, then I noticed it starting on a few leaves on the near by Cherimoya
I'm thinking of spraying with Copper Oxichloride [thinking fungus] and Pest Oil [thinking suffocate], would you guys agree.

Hi Wayne, very hard to see but it almost looks like a massive invasion of juvenile scale. What happens if you scrape your fingernail gently along the leaf surface?

Indicates they are critters Jantina, I have not long got rid of scale out of my Lime tree so you could well be right. I have never had this problem until recently which quiet disappoints me.
I forget exactly how I treated it, I need to write these things down now and my PC crashed so lost all my records. Gosh, it's embarrassing suddenly not being able to remember the simplest things when I've been so good at it all my life.

Looks awful Wayne! wot do u reckon they are? Have you got a hand held magnifier? Is it only under the leaves?
My peach got rust last yr - it was top and bottom. Looked quite different - nowhere near that density. I can never remember recipes - homemade white oil is vegie oil and liquid natural soap?

Hi Wayne - amazing! I have never seen it like that b4? Initially I thought spider mite - but they don't like wet weather (although they stay under the leaf..) That's why I asked about the magnifying glass.
U live n learn (hopefully!?)

We have just had a couple of months without sun and lots of rain Amanda, my bore casing sticks out of the ground by about 450mm and it was overflowing.
My yard has been a bog so all my trees suffer in times like this.
Just noticed that all the Fran--- trees in the neighbourhood are suffering the same problem.

Good call Jantina, it was Scale with a few Mealy Bug, the neighbourhood is lousy with them but as it's still raining we can't do much.
I tried an early crop of Dwarf Beans but got only about a 25% strike because of to much rain and no sun.
