John B starts with ...
On May 21, on Radio National's Country Breakfast programme, an official from the Cooktown Gardens told the ABC reporter of his favourite tree or bush. He said the plant emitted a wonderful fragrance. He said it was sometimes called 'Scent of the Bush' or, more commonly, the 'possum piss' tree. I remember the plant (and the sublime fragrance) from my Queensland childhood. I wonder if anyone can tell me its real name and where I could buy it. John

The plant is known as;
"Mallotus Claoxyloides" or "Scent of the Bush".
