we are wondering why our fruit trees are starting to look sick and dont know much about them can you help

out of my zone, but I'd say they'd be cherry slugs. Search the forum for more info from past years.

Thats definitely pear/cherry slug- its affects most of my prunus every year (except the apricot...), I use pyrethrum successfully but you can apparently also throw some wood ash or other dusty material over the tree which dries them out.
