Thanks for sharing the photos Diana. They remind me so much about markets in Asia.

Thanks Jujube and Trikus. Does anyone know what the vegetable behind the oranges in picture three is?

Yes the only ripe soursop was quite large. I had to eat it for three meals in a row, as I was leaving on Sunday.

By the way, $1SD = 13c Australian.

Hi Dianna,

It is Bottle gourd. BTW, with that $SD currency everything must be cheap over there compared to our $A.

Hi Mike,

Many thanks for being so keen in sending the seeds so soon. I can't think of anything else right now because you have given me so much already.

Hi Scott,

Sorry we just missed you, we were away for about 1 hour. We did not expect you dropped in with the sawtooth coriander and the crab pot so soon. Many thanks for your generosity. We are very much appreciated.

Lucy.

JUJUBE FOR SALE IN MELBOURNE says...
Hi Mike,

Yes please. I plan to multiply/grow them quickly at different spots of my garden because I had some in one place and at the end I had none so Scott's sawtooth at one corner and yours will be at another corner so if I loose one I will have another one. I use lots of those almost everyday and I have had none since July last year.

I have made an attempt to grow in 2 pots but they do not do anything except having yellow leaves. My last resort could be buying potting mix bag, open it up and plant the sawtooth on one side and punch drainage holes on the other side. Sandy soil so hard to grow anything :-(
Thank you very much.

Lucy

No worries Lucy.Maybe I should not have ripped them all out and all the seedlings that kept coming up for a year. They were getting out of hand and the prickly seed heads were all through the lawn.

Lucy they grow well in pots. Look at this one that Mike sent me. The photos were taken one month apart.

P.S. I should add that I'd been taking leaves from it during that month so it might have been much bigger.
