Southern Red Papaya fruitless (forum)

Hi,
I bought two Southern Red Papayas in Dec 2017. They're both growing well, approx 1.5m tall (photos attached). But no sign of fruit yet.
How long do I need to wait? Could I have 2 non bisexuals, so not self pollinating? If so, how can I tell?
