Spots on Avocado Leaves (forum)

Hi,
I have a 3 year old grafted Hass avocado which was purchased from Daleys. It has been in a pot the whole time until about 4 weeks ago when it was planted in the ground in Kew, VIC.
I have noticed the colour of the tree has gone a lighter green and brown/dead spots appearing on the leaves(pictured). Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?
Thanks!

Has it been pretty cold lately in your area? "Cold temperatures can make young leaves curl up and brown while older leaves take on a mottled browning. If the air gets extremely cold, say low 20s, then avocado leaves completely brown and dry up within days and they don’t even drop from the tree."
Above quote was from Greg Alder YouTube.
