Stonefruit leaf development (forum)

I have a Fruit Salad tree from the Fruit Salad Tree company that is living in a wine barrel in an organic potting mix. Some of the leaves of one of the grafts, it's either the Nectarine or the Peach graft, has grown some leaves which haven't formed correctly or have been attacked by something. I'm not sure what. Can anyone tell me what is the problem (see attached/included photo)?
