Nothing . They are both mis-spelt. Try iron chelates and ferrous sulphate. Sitting at the back of the class looking at Who magazine sometimes comes against you

Dear Manda, Iron Sulfate is a compound that exists in two forms, but they both contain Iron, Sulphur and Oxygen atoms.
Iron Chelate contains Iron, Sodium and a chelating compound that has more syllables than I can pronounce. this makes the Iron water soluble and readily available to plants.
The difference when you use them is that Chelates will have a more noticeable effect, sooner. Iron Sulfate will act slower and will also lower soil pH and may increase salinity slightly, Hope this helps.

Hi Sabri,
iron chelates use to correct the state of yellow leaves. If you want to sweeten the passion fruits then you need to apply sulphate of potash and epsom salts. See the link below for more info when/how to use the iron chelates. Cheers
