Unknown Tree (forum)

What Can It Be starts with ...
I am hoping you can give me some information regarding this fruit bearing (tropical) tree - photos attached.
This tree is growing in sunny Noosa.
It is approximately 4 metres in height.
Evergreen.
Bears open large white flowers with yellow centres followed by smooth skinned, round fruit/nut (size of a small nashi pear).
The fruit/nut is hard to open and very firms inside.
The fruit/nut has no smell or taste.
No animals or birds seem interested.
I thought it could be related to breadfruit, but haven't found anything quite like this tree.
Thanking you
