Floraland along Gt Eastern Hwy in Mundaring has garlic coming otherwise, Mirco Bros 2048 Wanneroo Rd Neerabup had some monster cloves for 25 Bucks a Kg, purple italian strains.

i've always gone with mid march. I've got friends who go even earlier (start of feb). a grower at kalamunda a couple weeks back reckoned april. so there's a pretty big window for you :)
If anyone's able to pick up the wanneroo rd ones, I'd be interested in some, but unlikely to get up there. they might also be in henderson and bibra lake (but i don't get there either) http://www.mircobrosmachinery.com/Links/contact.html

i was always told to plant garlic on the shortest day and harvest it on the longest day ..but i put mine in in mid april..
