What will grow best in my climate (forum)

Hello,
I live in the Pilbara in Western Australia. I'd really love to grow some fruit trees in my back yard but am unsure what would grow the best in our climate. We have very hot and dry summers (up to 45+ degrees) and only have a very short winters.
