Good day. Can you tell me if it is normal for some paw paw trees to have wrinkled leaves...or if my tree has some sort of disease please?

Hi Amanda, Those leaves indicate to me that your tree may have a deficiency of some kind or have been eaten when they were forming. Have you checked the PH of your soil & looked for aphids or mites in the flowers?
