Unlike many other seedling fruit trees, Elite Jakfruit trees, in good and warm conditions, can produce fruit in 3 years. The taste is often a balance between crisp and soft and low in latex. Please note that there is variability in each tree, as they are not exactly true to type. However, in our experience, they are quite close to being true to their parent trees and taking on their characteristics.
