$49.00 ($49.00-$99.00 choose a size)

Native to China, the Yuzu has been used and cultivated in this region for thousands of years. The fruit is tart, resembling a grapefruit with mandarin overtones. It is rarely eaten as a fresh fruit but is used to makes sauces, preserves and a popular yuzu vinegar. In Korea thinly sliced fruits are combined with sugar and honey to make a thick marmalade like syrup. Yuzu kosho is a spicy Japanese sauce made from green or ripe yellow yuzu zest, chillis and salt. Pomegranate - Elche

$34.00 ($19.75-$99.00 choose a size)

One of the most highly valued pomegranates in the world, thanks to its extraordinary flavour and high antioxidant, vitamin and mineral content. Elche comes from the Spanish city of the same name. Elche Pomegranates have to be picked at just the right time: Not too early because, once picked, pomegranates halt the ripening process immediately, and also not too late because they are then at risk of bursting.

Achacha

$19.75 ($19.75-$129.00 choose a size)

A cousin of the mangosteen, Achachas are tangy and refreshing with a delicate subtle sweetness, a fine balance between sweetness and acidity, producing an unusual taste sensation. Fruit should be picked mature as it does not ripen further on storage. Originating from the Bolivian part of the Amazon basin in South America, the Bolivian name of the fruit is Achachairu and translated means honey kiss. Achacha is protected by Plant Breeders Right (PBR) and cannot be grown or propagated without licence agreement with Achacha Fruit Group

$39.00 ($19.75-$79.00 choose a size)

A brown skinned medium to large fig with copper-coloured skin and whitish to pink pulp. Very good quality with few seeds. A prolific bearer and popular commercial variety.

Longan - Seedling

$24.75 ($21.90-$59.00 choose a size)

A close relative to the Lychee tree but much larger, stronger and more cold tolerant. The fruit is deliciously sweet. Seed selected from the superior varieties. Even though not true to type the benefits include a vigorous tree making it more suitable for marginal climates. Cincturing at about 3-4 years of age can force earlier fruiting than normally expected from seedling trees.

Carob

I chose Carob for its drought tolerance and potential as a hardy green screen. They are slow growing and take a bit longer to become established but capable of surviving even the toughest drought. The delicious pods are a bonus and provide great high quality roughage for my goats

Carob

I had purchased and planted a cutting grown Sfax and thinking it needed protection I covered it with shade cloth. It never grew at all in the shade. These trees love hot blistering sun. Once I removed the shade cloth it put out new growth in two weeks!

The thought of eating my own chocolate was overwhelming.... Had to put it in and see what happens. The tree is approaching 2 metres and is shooting nicely. Pretty fast growing to date.

PEAKHURST, NSW

1 male and 1 female.  Had some beans but were attacked by a pest which I couldn't determine. Nice tree but very vigorous. Has grown through its pot and into the ground.  No chance of getting it out and back into a pot.  It is wind pollinated.
