Cherry - Royal Crimson
For home garden use, no special tips not already available to everyone. Dig hole larger and deeper than needed, wet beforehand, when planting give tree a shake now and then to ensure soil filters around roots (cut off any damaged roots beforehand), mulch, give a good watering and water regularly especially during spring and summer this year due to expected dry. Some trees may need extra prune. Protect against rabbits etc (I use old rabbit proof netting) Pick off developing fruit for first few yrs

It's just started to shoot. I haven't cut it. I put it in a pot as is and will be planting it when the site is prepared.
