Coriandrum satvum
Hardy annual herb with bright green aromatic leaves. Many pale pink-white flowers form aromatic seeds. Leaves, ripe seeds and roots are used in cooking.
Useful addition to herb garden. Use whole or ground seeds to flavour meat, vegetables or fish dishes. Use leaves in salads or as a garnish.
Prefer rich moise well-drained soil. Avoid overwatering. Harvest ripe seed when aroma disappears.
