Anethum graveolens
Fast growing herb with dark green stems and fine, feathery blue-green leaves. Leaves have a mild aniseed flavour. Flat clusters of yellow flowers are followed by grown seeds.
Ideal for tubs and containers. Excellent in salads, fish and vegetable dishes.
Prefers moist, free draining soil. Water well to prevent premature flowering. Stake plants for support and protect from strong winds.
