A large attractive evergreen tree that lures birds throughout the Autumn and Winter months with its purple berries.

Features: Young leaves are red changing to dark green when mature. Bears fluffy, white flowers and bunches of purplish berries.

Conditions: Prefers full sun but tolerates some shade. Enjoys fertile, moist well drained soil but will grow rapidly in any reasonable soil.

For Best Results: Prune only if necessary. Frequently water plants in containers during main growing season. Shelter from frost when young.
