Australian Round Lime
Citrus australis
The Round Lime occurs naturally just outside the sub-tropical rainforest canopy. The rough skin has a high oil content with a rich citrus fragrance, making the rind a great addition in both sweet and savory recipes. Hardy and well suited to full sun and semi-shade areas. Leaf size increases when the tree is planted in part shade position.
